SOLYP becomes part of the EVOLUTIONIZER group! Thanks to the merger, the two software companies can now offer the complete end-to-end strategy process from a single source.

For the strategic execution and strategic program management, we developed SOLYP 4.0, the first digital corporate development platform.

SOLYP GmbH becomes EVOLUTIONIZER Solyp GmbH: With the new company name, membership of the EVOLUTIONIZER group is now directly anchored in the company name. Managing partners are still Jan Borchers, Kürsat Gökce and Martin Rügamer.

Strategic Partnership: From now on, The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and SOLYP will organize strategic work for a great deal of companies together.

SOLYP welcomes secunet as new customer. We have started to set up a system for secunet's business case planning.

SOLYP is repositioning itself: From now on, partners Jan Borchers, Kürsat Gökce and Martin Rügamer are managing the company together. SOLYP Informatik GmbH is founded in Nuremberg. In a joint project with the Fraunhofer-Institute, SOLYP develops a method for storing and publishing information independent of its format (text, images, videos, etc.).
