Martin Rügamer

Managing Partner

He obviously doesn't take the usual order very seriously: Martin Rügamer starts a family first, then get married a few years later, and finally finish the studies in computer science. And in the meantime he became a founding member of EVOLUTIONIZER Solyp.

"As a still-not-altogether Digital Native, our generation was granted the privilege of consciously experiencing and shaping the invention of the World Wide Web from the very beginning. The father of five children has also been actively involved in the development of EVOLUTIONIZER Solyp since hour zero – his constant companion is change: "What remains, is change; what changes, remains". And the managing director always has the future in mind – both in software and in corporate development.

And last but not least, his personal bestseller list – four books and one for the pocket – based on the last decades:

- Gödel, Escher, Bach by Douglas R. Hofstadter
- The Evolution of Cooperation by Robert Axelrod
and The Logic of Failure by Dietrich Dörner
- The Art of Computer Programming, Volumes 1-4 by Donald E. Knuth
- Give & Take by Adam Grant
